Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for the Outcome Proof application (app.outcomeproof.com). 

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required at signup, but you will not be charged during the trial period. 

If the service is not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel from your account settings at any time during the trial. 

Outcome Proof is a monthly subscription billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. 

We do not offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you keep full access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, but no refund is issued for unused days. 

In exceptional circumstances (such as a billing error on our part), we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email support@outcomeproof.com within 30 days of the charge. 

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for 12 months. The same refund policy applies — we do not offer partial refunds for unused months. 

If you cancel an annual subscription, you keep access until the end of the 12-month period you have paid for. 

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email. You are not charged for failed payment attempts. 

If payment cannot be collected, your account becomes inactive. You can resubscribe to restore access during the inactive period. No refund is due for periods where the account was inactive due to failed payment. 

If we suspend or terminate your account for a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund is issued for any remaining subscription period. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. 

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@outcomeproof.com before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster than the bank dispute process.
