Outcome Proof started with a simple observation.

We met while building software for evaluation and impact reporting. It was a product that organizations genuinely valued, and we learned a huge amount from working with a team that had spent years helping organizations measure and demonstrate their impact.

Over time, though, we noticed the same pattern. Larger organizations could invest the time and budget needed to get the most from sophisticated reporting software. Smaller nonprofits often couldn’t. They were doing incredible work with small teams, limited budgets and very little spare time, yet they still needed to evidence their impact, report to grantmakers and keep track of the difference they were making.

Those organizations needed something designed around the way they actually work, not a scaled-back version of a tool built for much bigger teams.

That’s why we built Outcome Proof.

Our goal was to create software that’s straightforward to use, affordable, and ready to help from day one. A place to capture the conversations, stories and evidence that matter as they happen, so they’re easy to find when it’s time to report.

We’ve kept things simple on purpose. One plan with everything included. No limits on projects or users. Simple to set up and run yourself, with no costly onboarding. Just a tool that helps nonprofits collect evidence, track progress and demonstrate the impact they’re making.
